Why this is an information page, not a catalogue
Frozen fruit and vegetables are a line we handle on request, not a line we publish a locked catalogue for. The reasons are honest. Growers rotate through the season. One month passion fruit is easy, the next month it is pineapple that lands. A static list on a website would be out of date three weeks after we posted it. Rather than publish a hopeful item list, we come back on each enquiry with what the current grower network can actually deliver, at a cost and lead time that will hold.
Our deepest line sits elsewhere. See Pangasius exporter Vietnam for frozen pangasius as a raw material, which is the line we lead with. If you want finished seafood on the same quote, see Vietnam fish cake supplier and Vietnam surimi exporter. If what you need is Vietnamese frozen fruit and vegetables, keep reading.
Two rules we will not bend
Durian ships in its own container. The smell carries. Even in sealed inner packs, the odour finds its way into the other cargo, and the receiving dock inherits a problem the shipping line will not fix. We quote durian as its own container, always. If a buyer wants durian alongside other fruit or alongside fish, that is two containers.
Fish is not loaded with fruit. Fish shares a reefer well with fish: cake, surimi, breaded pangasius and fillets all travel at -18°C and share pallet space without a conflict. Fruit and vegetables ride in their own reefer, with their own inner packs and their own loading plan. If you want seafood and fruit from the same quote, we route them as separate containers.
What we handle, in general terms
Our team's background is in Vietnamese frozen fruit: our team has moved mango, pineapple and passion fruit to Taiwan and Australia. On the vegetable side we handle items that run on the same cold chain. We are not going to list a hundred items on this page because the real list for your order depends on the season, your target volume and your destination port. The practical approach is to tell us what you need. If the current grower network can match it, we come back with the spec, the lead time and the loading plan. If it cannot, we say so.
Spec sheet, in short
The fields we lock before loading are the same fields that save a claim later. Cut format and piece size follow your spec. The IQF format follows your end use: retail bag or food service bulk. The inner pack and the master carton follow your port's rules on labelling and wood packaging. Microbiology and pesticide-residue limits are agreed per market, with the lab result on the actual lot shared before loading.
For items that are usually sold with sugar, syrup or acid regulators, the additive list follows what your market allows. Check with your customs broker before placing the order on anything that touches a label claim or a food-additive declaration. We will match your spec, but the destination compliance call is yours.
Cold chain and loading
The cold chain for frozen fruit and vegetables runs on the same rules as our seafood. Blast freezing at the processor, cold storage held between -18°C and -22°C, reefer with the set point at -18°C, pre-cooled container before stuffing, core-temperature check on the first and last cartons, loading photos and the container seal number with the shipping documents. If the container deviates in transit, the data logger shows it and the importer has a basis for a claim.
Samples and lead time
A standard sample under two kilograms is free, with the buyer paying the courier. Larger evaluation lots, where the line stops to run your cut or your pack, are quoted separately. We agree the terms with you before the line stops.
Lead time depends on the item, the season and the current slot. Mango at peak season moves faster than mango at the shoulder. Passion fruit is a shorter window than pineapple. We write the lead time into the quote so your delivery date stays realistic rather than optimistic.
What we will not do
We will not publish a yield number or a seasonal volume for any item on this page. Those move. We will not confirm a production calendar in advance of the quote. The slot is confirmed in writing per order. We will not pretend to be a grower; we are a trading and export company that works with growers, cuts the inner pack to your spec, and moves the cargo.
Have a fruit or vegetable item in mind?
Tell us what you need, your target volume and your destination port. We reply within one working day, Vietnam time, with what the current grower network can actually deliver.
Ask for a quoteFrequently asked questions
Can you ship frozen fish and frozen fruit in the same container?
No. Fish and fruit are loaded in separate containers. Odour and inner-pack rules do not sit well together in one reefer, so we quote fish and fruit as separate shipments.
Can durian share a container with other fruit?
No. Durian ships in its own container because the smell carries into every other cargo. We quote durian separately from any other item.
Which frozen fruit and vegetables do you handle?
Supply is seasonal and the item list is agreed per order, against your target volume and destination port. We work on request and come back with what the current grower network can actually deliver, rather than publish a static list that misleads buyers.
Do you set the recipe or the cut for frozen fruit and vegetables?
The cut, the IQF format and the inner pack follow your spec. The grower sets what the season allows. We agree what is practical in writing with the quote.
How do you keep frozen fruit and vegetables at -18°C?
The same cold chain as our seafood: blast freezing at the processor, cold storage held between -18°C and -22°C, reefer with the set point at -18°C, loading photos and documents on departure.
Can we start with a sample?
Yes. A standard sample under 2 kg is free with the buyer paying courier. Larger evaluation lots are quoted separately.
